Questions from Monmouthshire brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Monmouthshire, showing our materials and finishes.
Who enforces food labelling in Monmouthshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Monmouthshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency in Wales. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Monmouthshire?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Monmouthshire is usually the next working day after dispatch.
