Questions from Mostyn brands
Do you only work with Mostyn businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Mostyn orders go by tracked courier to CH8.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Mostyn, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Mostyn?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Mostyn is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.

Rules in England

Products you sell from Mostyn must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
