FAQs for Mundy Bois
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Mundy Bois?
Mundy Bois is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Mundy Bois address, showing our materials and finishes.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Mundy Bois?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Mundy Bois is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
