Printed pouches for Netherwitton brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Netherwitton
Products you sell from Netherwitton must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
Start with our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Netherwitton questions
Who checks supplement labels in Northumberland?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Northumberland, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you only work with Netherwitton businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Netherwitton deliveries go by tracked delivery to NE61.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Netherwitton address, showing our materials and finishes.
