New Grimsby questions
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your New Grimsby address, showing our materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in the Isles of Scilly?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for the Isles of Scilly, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
How long do printed pouches take to reach New Grimsby?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to New Grimsby is usually two working days after dispatch.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
