Questions from New Mills brands
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do I need to be based in New Mills to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. New Mills orders go out by tracked courier to TR4.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Who enforces food labelling in Cornwall?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
