Printed pouches for New Trows brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Questions from New Trows brands
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you only work with New Trows businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. New Trows deliveries go by tracked courier to ML11.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from New Trows?
New Trows is in Scotland, so the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.

Label rules that apply in New Trows
Any food supplement sold from New Trows must meet the Food Supplements (Scotland) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of Food Standards Scotland. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
Scotland has its own food regulator, but the supplement labelling rules match England and Wales, so one label works across Great Britain.
