How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Newbiggin?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Newbiggin is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Newbiggin?
Newbiggin is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Printed pouches for Newbiggin brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
