Newbiggin questions
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Newbiggin, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long does delivery to Newbiggin take?
Usually the next working day after dispatch. Printing takes 3 to 5 working days after you approve the proof, so most Newbiggin orders arrive within about a week of sending artwork.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Newbiggin?
Newbiggin is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the smallest run you print?
No fixed minimum. Small runs from 250 labels are common for new products, and you can combine several designs in one order.
