Newbridge questions
Do you only work with Newbridge businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Newbridge deliveries go out by tracked courier to DG2.
Who enforces food labelling in Dumfries and Galloway?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Dumfries and Galloway, overseen nationally by Food Standards Scotland. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Newbridge?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Newbridge is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Printed pouches for Newbridge brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
