Common questions in Norchard
How long do printed pouches take to reach Norchard?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Norchard is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you only work with Norchard businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Norchard orders go out by tracked courier to DY13.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Norchard?
Norchard is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Printed pouches for Norchard brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
