Common questions in North Chailey
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach North Chailey?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to North Chailey is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in North Chailey, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Who checks supplement labels in East Sussex?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for East Sussex, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from North Chailey?
North Chailey is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Printed pouches for North Chailey brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
