Norton Disney questions
What’s the lead time for pouches to Norton Disney?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Norton Disney is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Norton Disney address, showing our materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Norton Disney?
Norton Disney is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Do you only work with Norton Disney businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Norton Disney deliveries go out by tracked delivery to LN6.
