Norton questions
How long do printed pouches take to reach Norton?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Norton is usually two working days after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Norton to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Norton deliveries go out by tracked courier to PO41.
Who checks supplement labels in Isle of Wight?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Isle of Wight, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Norton address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Printed pouches for Norton brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
