Custom printed pouches for Oakhunger supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Oakhunger brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later.

Common questions in Oakhunger
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Oakhunger, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you only work with Oakhunger businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Oakhunger orders go by tracked delivery to GL13.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Oakhunger?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Oakhunger is usually the next working day after dispatch.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Oakhunger
Any food supplement sold from Oakhunger must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Gloucestershire, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
