Questions from Ollerton brands
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Ollerton?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Ollerton is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Ollerton?
Ollerton is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Ollerton address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Printed pouches for Ollerton brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
