Custom supplement pouches for Osmotherley brands
Printed pouches for powders, gummies and capsules, delivered to Osmotherley with the artwork checked against UK labelling rules.
Printed pouches for Osmotherley brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

FAQs for Osmotherley
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Osmotherley?
Osmotherley is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Do I need to be based in Osmotherley to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Osmotherley orders go by tracked courier to DL6.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
