Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Overbury
Any food supplement sold from Overbury must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
