Questions from Pippin Street brands
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Pippin Street, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Pippin Street?
Pippin Street is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
