FAQs for Platt's Heath
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Platt's Heath?
Platt's Heath is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Platt's Heath address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Platt's Heath?
