Questions from Plot Gate brands
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Who checks supplement labels in Somerset?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Somerset, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Plot Gate address, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Printed pouches for Plot Gate brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
