Porthcurno questions
What’s the lead time for pouches to Porthcurno?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Porthcurno is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Porthcurno to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Porthcurno deliveries go by tracked courier to TR19.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Who enforces food labelling in Cornwall?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Porthcurno, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Printed pouches for Porthcurno brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
