Printed supplement pouches in St Buryan
Custom printed pouches for St Buryan supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for St Buryan brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in St Buryan
Any food supplement sold from St Buryan must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, regulated nationally by the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Common questions in St Buryan
Do you only work with St Buryan businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. St Buryan orders go by tracked delivery to TR19.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll post it to your St Buryan address, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
