Questions from Puddle Town brands
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Puddle Town, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Puddle Town?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Puddle Town is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
