Common questions in Rain Shore
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do I need to be based in Rain Shore to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Rain Shore orders go by tracked delivery to OL12.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Rain Shore?
Rain Shore is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
