Custom supplement pouches for Rathmell brands
Custom printed pouches for Rathmell supplement businesses that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Printed pouches for Rathmell brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rathmell questions
Do I need to be based in Rathmell to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Rathmell deliveries go out by tracked courier to BD24.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Rathmell address, showing our materials and finishes.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Rathmell?
Rathmell is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
