Printed pouches for Rhos-fawr brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Rhos-fawr questions
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Rhos-fawr, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Rhos-fawr?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Rhos-fawr is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Who checks supplement labels in Gwynedd?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Gwynedd, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency in Wales. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
