Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement brands in Ridge and across Hertfordshire, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Ridge brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Ridge
Supplements sold from Ridge must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. In Hertfordshire, food labelling is enforced by the local authority’s trading standards or environmental health officers.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Common questions in Ridge
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Ridge, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Ridge?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Ridge is usually the next working day after dispatch.
