Ridge Lane questions
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Warwickshire?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Warwickshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Ridge Lane?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Ridge Lane is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do I need to be based in Ridge Lane to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Ridge Lane deliveries go by tracked courier to CV10.
Do you send samples?
Yes, we can. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Ridge Lane, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
