Ridge questions
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do you only work with Ridge businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Ridge deliveries go out by tracked courier to SP3.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Who checks supplement labels in Wiltshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Wiltshire, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Printed pouches for Ridge brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
