Questions from Ridsdale brands
Do you only work with Ridsdale businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Ridsdale orders go by tracked delivery to NE48.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Ridsdale?
Ridsdale is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Ridsdale?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Ridsdale is usually the next working day after dispatch.

When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
