FAQs for Rodley
Do you only work with Rodley businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Rodley deliveries go by tracked delivery to GL14.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Rodley?
Rodley is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Rodley?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Rodley is usually the next working day after dispatch.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Printed pouches for Rodley brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Rodley
Any food supplement sold from Rodley must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. In Gloucestershire, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
