Supplement labelling rules for Rose Hill
Products you sell from Rose Hill must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff for East Sussex.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Common questions in Rose Hill
What’s the lead time for pouches to Rose Hill?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Rose Hill is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Rose Hill, showing our materials and finishes.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Do you only work with Rose Hill businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Rose Hill orders go out by tracked delivery to TN22.
