FAQs for Sandyford
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Sandyford address, showing our materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Sandyford?
Sandyford is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Do I need to be based in Sandyford to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Sandyford deliveries go by tracked delivery to ST15.
Printed pouches for Sandyford brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
