Seaton Sluice questions
How long do printed pouches take to reach Seaton Sluice?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Seaton Sluice is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Seaton Sluice?
Seaton Sluice is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 apply, together with the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We can check for both. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Do you only work with Seaton Sluice businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Seaton Sluice orders go by tracked delivery to NE26.
Printed pouches for Seaton Sluice brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Seaton Sluice
Products you sell from Seaton Sluice must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by council trading standards or environmental health staff.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, because the supplement rules match across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
