FAQs for New Hartley
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Do I need to be based in New Hartley to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. New Hartley orders go by tracked courier to NE25.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
What’s the lead time for pouches to New Hartley?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to New Hartley is usually the next working day after dispatch.
