Rules in England
Labelling law for supplements from Seifton
Products you sell from Seifton must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Shropshire.
You can sell the same label in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.

Printed pouches for Seifton brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
