FAQs for Shaftesbury
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Shaftesbury, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Shaftesbury?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Shaftesbury is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Who checks supplement labels in Dorset?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Dorset, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
