Shatterford questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Shatterford?
Shatterford is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, as well as the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Shatterford?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Shatterford is usually the next working day after dispatch.
