Custom printed pouches for Shippon supplement brands that have outgrown labelled stock pouches.
Shippon questions
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Shippon, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Do you only work with Shippon businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Shippon deliveries go by tracked courier to OX13.
Who checks supplement labels in Oxfordshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Oxfordshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
Printed pouches for Shippon brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Not ready for a printed run? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Shippon
Any food supplement sold from Shippon must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, overseen by the Food Standards Agency. At a local level, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Oxfordshire.
The same label can be sold in Scotland and Wales, as Great Britain shares one set of supplement rules.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, then review your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
