FAQs for Shortfield Common
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Shortfield Common address, showing our materials and finishes.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do you only work with Shortfield Common businesses?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Shortfield Common orders go by tracked delivery to GU10.
