FAQs for Shortheath
What’s the lead time for pouches to Shortheath?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Shortheath is usually the next working day after dispatch.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For a small first run, use labels on stock pouches.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Shortheath, so you can feel the materials and finishes.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Shortheath?
Shortheath is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Printed pouches for Shortheath brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later.
