Questions from Slattocks brands
Do I need to be based in Slattocks to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Slattocks deliveries go out by tracked courier to M24.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Slattocks?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: your quote includes the lead time, then delivery to Slattocks is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll cover both.
Who enforces food labelling in Rochdale?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Rochdale, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Printed pouches for Slattocks brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes.
