Printed pouches for Smallwood brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Not ready for a printed run? Start with labels on stock pouches and switch later. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes are all available, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish.

Smallwood questions
What’s the minimum order for printed pouches?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll check the label for each market.
Who enforces food labelling in Cheshire East?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cheshire East, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. If you want assured advice, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: zips, tear notches, hang holes and windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
Do I need to be based in Smallwood to order?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Smallwood deliveries go by tracked courier to CW11.
