Smethwick Green questions
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We check against both sets of rules. Northern Ireland follows EU food law, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Let us know where your products go and we’ll check the label for each market.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Smethwick Green?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Smethwick Green is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Smethwick Green, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Do you only work with Smethwick Green businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so your location doesn’t matter. Smethwick Green orders go out by tracked courier to CW11.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the spec before putting a recycling claim on the pack.
