Common questions in St Teath
Do you only work with St Teath businesses?
No. We work online and deliver across the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. St Teath deliveries go by tracked courier to PL30.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes. Request a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in St Teath, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Are the pouches recyclable?
Mono-material pouches are available, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
Who checks supplement labels in Cornwall?
Supplement labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Do you check labels for Northern Ireland as well as Great Britain?
We can check for both. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so claims must come from the EU register and the address must be in NI or the EU. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Printed pouches for St Teath brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, in a matt, gloss or soft-touch finish. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
