Custom supplement pouches for Stableford brands
Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement brands in Stableford and across Staffordshire, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Stableford brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Begin with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Common questions in Stableford
Do I need to be based in Stableford to order?
No. We take orders online from anywhere in the UK, so it makes no difference where you’re based. Stableford orders go by tracked courier to ST5.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Stableford?
Stableford is in England, so the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003 cover your label, alongside the general food information rules. Health claims have to come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
What if I sell in Northern Ireland too?
We check against both sets of rules. EU food law applies in Northern Ireland, so health claims must be on the EU register and the address must work for that market. Tell us where you sell and we’ll cover both.
Can pouches have a zip and window?
Yes: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Stableford?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Stableford is usually the next working day after dispatch.

Rules in England
Label rules that apply in Stableford
Products you sell from Stableford must meet the Food Supplements (England) Regulations 2003, under the oversight of the Food Standards Agency. Locally, food labelling is enforced by the council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Staffordshire.
One label works across England, Scotland and Wales, since the supplement rules are the same across Great Britain.
A good first step is our label requirements checklist, and then check your health claims, %NRV figures and nutrient guides.
