Common questions in Steel Heath
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
Who checks supplement labels in Shropshire?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Shropshire, overseen nationally by the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, consider a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Steel Heath?
Printed pouches take longer than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Steel Heath is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Do you send samples?
Yes. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Steel Heath, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Are the pouches recyclable?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
