Stepaside questions
Do you offer recyclable pouches?
We offer mono-material pouches, designed for recycling where collection exists. Check the specification before you make any claim on pack.
How many pouches do I need to order?
Minimums depend on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, use labels on stock pouches.
What’s the lead time for pouches to Stepaside?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Stepaside is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll send it to you in Stepaside, so you can feel the materials and finishes before you order.
Which labelling rules apply to supplements sold from Stepaside?
Stepaside is in Wales, so the Food Supplements (Wales) Regulations 2003 cover your label, together with the general food information rules. Health claims must come from the GB nutrition and health claims register.
Printed pouches for Stepaside brands
Printed pouches look more premium than a labelled stock pouch and save the time of applying labels. Digital printing means short runs per design, so you don’t need to commit to tens of thousands of units. Zips, windows, tear notches and hang holes can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.
