Digitally printed stand-up pouches for supplement businesses in Stithians and across Cornwall, in short runs with your label design printed straight onto the pack.
Printed pouches for Stithians brands
When a product is selling steadily, a printed pouch is often the next step from labels. We print your design directly onto the pouch, with the same compliance check as our labels. Resealable zips, clear windows and tear notches can all be added, with matt, gloss or soft-touch finishes. Still testing a product? Start with labels on stock pouches and move to printed pouches once it sells.

Common questions in Stithians
How many pouches do I need to order?
It depends on the pouch size and finish, and we quote them per design. For small quantities, label stock pouches instead.
How long do printed pouches take to reach Stithians?
Pouches take longer to make than labels: we confirm the lead time with your quote, then delivery to Stithians is usually the next working day after dispatch.
Who checks supplement labels in Cornwall?
Food labelling is enforced by the local council’s trading standards or environmental health team for Cornwall, with national oversight from the Food Standards Agency. For advice councils must respect, you can set up a Primary Authority partnership with a council.
Can I see a sample before ordering?
Yes, we can. Ask for a sample pack and we’ll post it to your Stithians address, showing our materials and finishes before you order.
Can I add a zip or window to the pouch?
You can choose: resealable zips, tear notches, hang holes and clear windows, in matt, gloss or soft-touch.
